సారాంశం: చెంబు చిన్న సత్యం (సుమన్ శెట్టి) .. ఎల్ఐసీ ఏజెంట్గా పనిచేస్తూ కుటుంబాన్ని పోషించే ఓ సాధారణ మధ్యతరగతి వ్యక్తి. ఎప్పటికీ పెద్ద ఇల్లు కొనాలనే లక్ష్యంతో సత్యం జీవిస్తుంది. డబ్బు లేకుండా ఎలాగో ఇల్లు కట్టుకున్నామన్న చిన్న నిజం నిద్రలో ఏ కల వచ్చినా నిజమవుతుంది. నిజం చెప్పాలంటే ఇప్పటికే నిద్రలో అనుకోని కలలు రావడంతో ఇబ్బంది పడుతున్నాడు, మళ్లీ ఏదైనా చెడ్డ కల వస్తుందేమోనన్న భయంతో తన జీవితాన్ని ఇబ్బందుల్లోకి నెట్టుతున్నాడు.
ఈ క్రమంలోనే కళ్ల ముందే కుటుంబ సభ్యులంతా చనిపోయారని చిన్న సత్యంకు కల వచ్చింది. అది నిజమవుతుందేమోనన్న భయంతో అందరినీ కంటికి రెప్పలా కాపాడుకుంటున్నాడు. ఇది ఇలా ఉండగా, సత్యం తన కలలోని నిజం ఒకటి తెలుసుకుంటాడు. సత్యాన్ని తెలుసుకోవడం అంటే ఏమిటి? సత్యం కుటుంబ సభ్యులతో ఇబ్బంది పడ్డారా? అతడిని భయపెట్టి, సత్యజీవితాన్ని కలవరపరిచిన సంఘటన ఏమిటి? అన్న ప్రశ్నలకు సమాధానమే 'చెంబు నిజం'.

Synopsis: Chembu Chinna Satyam (Suman Shetty) .. An ordinary middle class man who works as an LIC agent and supports his family. Truth lives on with the goal of buying a bigger house forever. Any dream that comes true in the sleep of the little truth that somehow the house is built without money will come true. The truth is that he is already having trouble with some unexpected dreams in his sleep, and he is getting his life in trouble for fear that any bad dream will come true again.
It is during this sequence that Chinna Satyam has a dream that all the family members are dead before her eyes. Fearing that it would come true, he keeps an eye on all of them. While this is going on, Satyam discovers one of the truths of his dream. What is that truth of knowing the truth? Did Satyam have trouble with family members? What was the incident that frightened him and confused the truth life? The answer to those questions is 'beaker truth'.
